With a focus on solving complex problems and making systems more efficient, Jared’s passion is to enhance the real estate experience for his clients through streamlined, effective solutions.
He began his career as a structured derivatives trader at Credit Suisse in New York City, building deep financial expertise before transitioning to real estate private equity as a Vice President at Black Creek Group. After working on a range of commercial real estate financing transactions, Jared shifted his focus to residential real estate.
Today, he is building Blue Pebble Group, one of the first private real estate co-operatives to offer a full suite of real estate services under one roof. Leveraging his market and financial expertise, Jared is transforming the traditionally stressful process of buying and selling real estate into a rewarding experience for clients, with meaningful cost savings along the way.
